Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our serivces

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

Welcome to J-OneWeb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Plain English summary: We build websites for clients. These terms cover how we work together, payments, revisions, ownership, and what happens if something goes wrong. When in doubt, just reach out — we're easy to talk to.

1. Services

J-OneWeb provides website design, website development, website maintenance, photography add-ons, and related digital services. Services are provided digitally and may change or evolve over time. Some features or services may be in development or offered in the future. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific feature unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

All projects are based on a mutually agreed scope discussed before work begins. Deliverables are limited to what is agreed upon via email, invoice, or written agreement. Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees or a new agreement. Any scope changes must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work begins.

3. Payments & Fees

  • A deposit is required before work begins (typically 50% of the total project fee).

  • The remaining balance is due upon client approval of the final website, before launch or file delivery.

  • Final files and website access will not be handed over until full payment is received.

  • Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Cash App, Stripe). J-OneWeb is not responsible for payment issues caused by third-party processors.

  • Late or missed payments may result in a pause of all work until the balance is settled.

4. Deposit & Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. This covers the time and resources committed to your project from the start.

  • If a client cancels before work begins, the deposit may be refunded at J-OneWeb's discretion.

  • If a client cancels after work has started, the deposit is forfeited and any work completed beyond the deposit value will be billed accordingly.

  • The final payment (remaining balance) will never be charged until the client has reviewed and approved the completed website.

  • Approving and paying the final balance constitutes the client's full acceptance of the completed work. Refunds are not available after the final payment is made.

5. revisions & Redesign Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us. Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. A revision round is defined as one consolidated list of requested changes submitted at one time.

  • Revisions must be requested before the final balance is paid and the project is closed.

  • Revision requests that fall outside the original agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

  • If a client remains unsatisfied after all included revision rounds, J-OneWeb may offer a partial redesign at a reduced rate at our discretion.

  • Additional revision rounds beyond the included 2 are available at an agreed rate.

  • Submitting multiple small revision requests separately instead of consolidated lists may count as multiple rounds.

6. Client Responsiblilites

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project

  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or content within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days)

  • Ensure they own or have legal permission to use all content, images, and materials provided to J-OneWeb

  • Review all deliverables carefully before approving them

  • Make payments on time as agreed

Delays caused by late client responses or missing materials may result in project timeline adjustments. J-OneWeb is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by the client.

7. Communication Policy

All project-related communication should be conducted via email or an agreed messaging platform. Verbal agreements made outside of written communication are not binding. J-OneWeb will not be held responsible for misunderstandings based on informal or verbal instructions. We aim to respond to all client messages within 1–2 business days.
